No, this is definitely not part of Life is Strange 2, which means we won't play it again, after LIS 2 is being released. I checked the store page and this game has Denuvo, which doesn't make sense if it's a completely free game. It could actually be the first chapter/prologue of the actual Life is Strange 2.
